2 A Days

Well since Jan 2 I have ridden inside all but 1 day. I am really enjoying the trainer and how easy it is for me to just go for a 30-40 minute ride while Darth II is napping or playing. Well I have refocued me energy into losing all the weight I gained between the two damaged elbows and my total lack of control.

Week 1 I lost 2 Pounds!!!

Today I was able to ride in the morning for about 30 minutes, but Darth II made me stop two times. Well at lunch I had Subway which fit perfectly into my consumption guidelines, but I really wanted some soda. I purchased a case of 12 oz cans for this express purpose. If I really wanted one I could have a little without hitting the local Soda Crack Dealer for 44 ounces of Black Bubbly Goodness. Well the one turned into two... So I decided to hit the bike again after Darth II napped. I hit the bike for 45 minutes and really pushed it... So having the Soda was easily countered by my extra workout.

RIDE TO EAT!!!

I really can not wait until March when I get cleared to ride outside again. I am really looking forward to getting in shape and doing some really long rides... 50, 75 and of course the BIG 100!!!

Go Darth! Ride to live... Live to ride... Ride to eat... eat to live. Inside rides are better then nothing I always say.

Doing Better..85% back and only pain in the Morning and Evening. Most of the day my elbow does not hurt.

Today will be more difficult to get the ride in, but I will...

I think I want some PIZZA... 45 minutes might counter a Slice... LOL
