A Good Week and a Bad Week
Last week was a good riding week. Monday I did the Pushing Big Gears workout with coach Troy. Tuesday I could barely walk so I did some upper body stuff on the Bowflex. Wednesday I was back on the bike for another coach Troy work out. This time it was the recharge work out, my legs and butt were still sore from the Pushing Big Gears work out. Thursday I was back on the Bowflex for some more upper body work.. I also did a two-mile hike with the family at Pokagon State Park. The scenery was beautiful as usual. The snow was crisp under our feet and the wind was nipping at any exposed flesh. The baby and the dog were safely bundled into the trailer/off road stroller and the rest of were hoofing it. The cacophony of birds flitting about above our heads was a real treat. Friday brought another Coach Troy workout, the Aero Base Builder. I did this on a harder setting on my trainer and in typically higher gears then Coach Troy asks for, but I wanted to push myself. Much to my shame I have yet to do anything physical this week other then shovel snow and climb around in the attic. Tonight when I finish work I have to go to my in-laws and pick up the family as they were there caring for Great Grandma. Hopefully tomorrow will afford an opportunity to ride. Until then keeping pedaling, paddling or rolling and be well.
Darth thanks for the work on the Blog!
